Channel Cat Sessions

This summer, MetroLINK is bringing live music to the river with Channel Cat Sessions, a series of pop-up performances aboard the Channel Cat Water Taxi.

This pilot music series is designed to enhance the passenger experience while celebrating local talent across the Quad Cities region.

Performances will:

  • Take place aboard active Channel Cat ferry routes
  • Feature solo artists performing acoustic or low-amplification sets
  • Be integrated into regularly scheduled ferry service
  • Offer a relaxed, close-up listening experience for riders of all ages

This is not a traditional concert. It’s a chance to experience live music in a unique, moving setting along the Mississippi River.
